Last year we sourced, warehoused, and delivered over two million bottles across our brewery clients without a single missed shipment window. Here’s what that actually took behind the scenes.
Sourcing redundancy
No single glass manufacturer runs at 100% reliability forever — equipment goes down, shipping lanes get disrupted, raw material costs spike. For every core stock shape we move in volume, we maintain relationships with more than one qualified manufacturer, so a disruption at one supplier doesn’t become a disruption for our clients.
Warehousing where it actually matters
Centralized warehousing looks efficient on paper, but it adds days to delivery times for clients on the other side of the country. We weight our warehouse footprint toward where our clients’ production actually happens, even when it means carrying inventory in more locations.
Quality checks that catch problems before they ship
Every incoming pallet gets inspected against dimensional and weight tolerances before it’s released to a client’s production line — catching mold drift or shipping damage before it becomes a client’s problem on their filling line, not after.
The number that actually matters
Two million bottles is a nice round number, but the metric we actually track internally is zero — zero missed shipment windows, because a late pallet of bottles means a brewery’s entire production schedule slips with it. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every order, whether it’s 500 cases or 50,000.
